📄 Author Guidelines for Manuscript Submission

AIUB Journal of Science and Engineering invites original, unpublished research papers in accordance with the following submission standards:

✍️ Manuscript Requirements

• Manuscript must be original and not published elsewhere.
• Written in English using MS Word (.doc or .docx) format.
• Length: Minimum 3 pages, maximum 15 pages.
• Maximum of four authors per paper.
• Use Times New Roman font throughout.
• Include Index Terms / Keywords.
• Follow the official AJSE Manuscript Format.

📬 Submission Process

1. Submit your manuscript and author profile to: editor@josaeban.com
2. Manuscript will be reviewed by the editorial and peer-review committee.
3. Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent via email within 24hrs.
4. Upon acceptance, submit:
   • Payment proof
   • Copyright form
   • Registration form
5. After verification, your paper will be published online.

🔍 Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism—intentional or not—is strictly prohibited. Any manuscript with 35% or more similarity (without citation) will be rejected or retracted. Authors will be given a chance to respond before final action is taken.

🧾 Review Process

• Initial screening by the editor.
• Double-blind peer review by two referees.
• Review duration: 1 to 2 days (up to 3days in special cases).
• Final decision communicated via email.
• The journal reserves the right to make editorial amendments.
